By using Spot That Font (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Use of the service

The font finder is provided free of charge for personal and commercial research. You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass rate limits, no uploading of unlawful content, and no use that could harm the Site or other users.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Font identification results are suggestions, not guarantees — verify matches yourself before relying on them.

Font licensing

Spot That Font does not sell or license fonts. Free fonts listed on the Site are subject to their own open-source licenses; commercial fonts are subject to the foundry’s license. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the applicable license before using any font in your projects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spot That Font and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
